Sales and Finance team were great. Very Satisfied. Would love if they build a bigger facility. I had a minor issue with the tire pressure sensor so I stopped at the Cochran Monroeville (purchased at Cochran Wexford) Mazda and they took care of me in 10 minutes.

They were able to identify and solve a problem with my backup camera (and the fix was covered under warranty), communicated effectively with me about other repairs and finished in a timely manner. The service desk people were helpful and friendly. This is a vast improvement over the service we received through Billco. We’ll continue to take both of our Mazda’s there for future services.
We were in search of a reliable, safe and affordable vehicle for a student who returns to school next month. We met with Vickie Desmond. She is awesome! She's kind, courteous and professional. She made us feel completely comfortable as we laughed, talked and shared stories. There were a few hurdles that we as buyers had to meet and she guided us through the complete process and aided us in understanding each step completely up to and through loan approval. The young man who the vehicle is for is proud and happy. His mother feels safe and secure in knowing that he has a new vehicle to travel safely to and from university. The service we received at the Service center was hands down one of the best experiences my husband and I have had. We were driving from Virginia to Chicago and got a flat tire. We were traveling with a dog, 4 month old baby, and a car full of luggage. Vincent at the service center took us right away and we had 4 new tires in under 2 hours. They unpacked and packed our car for us, let our dog stay in the waiting room, and provided a comfy area for our baby. As we were leaving they gave us extra water for the road. We appreciate everything the service center did for us and had a safe trip the rest of the way. I highly recommend this dealership.
The whole process of buying my new Mazda 6 was so easy. Vicky went the extra mile to find the car that I wanted, which was not on their lot. The first evening, we couldn't come up with a deal and she called after-hours to discuss more options, etc that were available. I can't say how much I love the car and glad I made the purchase.
Very polite and efficient. I've had my vehicle serviced here numerous times, and they are consistent. I'm very picky about my vehicle, but I will continue to have it serviced here as long as they provide this level of service.
Fantastic dealer was completely shocked how great a dealer can be! Everyone took care of my wife and I. I felt like I was being treated right and they helped me so much.
